📦 Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy – Cartora

At Cartora, your satisfaction is our priority. Below you’ll find our policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure transparency and trust in every order.


🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Origin: Products ship from our partnered warehouses based on item availability.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • United States: 7–20 business days
    • Other countries: 10–25 business days, depending on location and customs
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers, available 2–5 days after dispatch.

📬 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product,
  • A damaged or broken item,
  • An order with missing essential parts,

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the case. Photo or video proof is required.

⚠️ Minor cosmetic defects (e.g., slight scratches, packaging dents) do not qualify for full refunds.


⏱ Delayed or Lost Deliveries

  • If your package hasn’t arrived after 45 days (USA) or 60 days (international) from the shipping date, we’ll issue a refund or resend your order.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, you’ll need to obtain a non-delivery certificate from your local post office for a refund to be processed.

🔁 Return Policy

  • We accept returns for high-value items in unused condition, if requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once received and inspected, eligible returns may be added to your store credit or refunded in full (excluding shipping).
  • Low-value items are usually not returned. We may offer partial refunds without requiring returns.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or resends for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong size/color/model)
  • Customer’s change of mind after shipment
  • Packages refused by the customer or not collected on time
  • Force majeure delays (e.g. customs hold, weather disruptions)
  • Personalized, made-to-order, or pre-order items once confirmed
  • Orders marked as “delivered” unless proven otherwise

🛑 Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed.
Once shipped or in production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
